To increasetravel, turn the screw counter clockwise. To decrease travel,turn the screw clockwise. To achieve the recommended setting,cock the release by pressing in the hammer and turn the screwclockwise until the release fires. Then turn the screw counterclockwise 1/8 to 1/4 turn. This is the optimal setting for yourPursuit release. LENGTH ADJUSTMENTSTo adjust the length of your Scott™ Release with a Rope StrapConnector, loosen the two #4-40 socket head cap screwsthat attach the lock-down clamp [Fig. 2] to the triangular metalbracket sewn to the release strap. Slide the RSC to the desiredwebbing length and retighten both screws. FINGER EXTENSIONUse a 3/32” Allen key [Fig. 3] to interchange the supplied 3 and4-finger extension.
